We travel extensively nationwide.
Do
you operate more than one system, or one in my area?
No,
Square One Productions is a single system company. We travel
extensively from our South Dakota office.
What
fees are involved?
Each
quote and contract will be comprehensive with all charges clearly
included.
Do
you charge transportation or mileage?
Yes,
transportation will be quoted based on your destination from Brookings,
SD.
Are
you licensed?
There
is no current licensing for Disc Jockeys, but we are a registered and
incorporated business in the state of South Dakota.
Are you
insured?
Yes, we would be
happy to provide a proof of liability insurance upon request. We
typically will include one with your first contract.
How many hours are
included?
We base our price
on up to a 4 hour dance. Longer events are possible, but will incur
overtime charges.
How much time
is required for setup?
We will typically
allow 5 hours for set up and 3 1/2 hours for teardown of The Ultimate
VideoDance System. At a new location, we will typically allow
additional time for unforeseen circumstances. We will schedule our
setup prior to your first guests arrival.
Do you play
radio edited music?
We do play edited
music, however it is much more extensively edited than for radio
airplay. We do edit all of our music for audio and video content to
make sure it represents the school appropriately.
